A. Enter Online.
If you enter online you can avoid the queues to pay and register on the day. You will be paired for round one and can begin your first round at 10.30am sharp.
PLEASE NOTE: You must use the online entry form at the following page (check your grade online NOW at the British Chess Federation website), and give us your date of birth (especially if you are a senior [over 60, born before 1 September 19XX] or a junior [UNDER 18, born after 31/08/XX] as you may then be eligible for the ECF Grand Prix) and tell us whether you belong to a Club. If you have problems with the online form, simply fill it in and then copy and paste it into an email to me.
B. Enter By Post.
The entry fee is £15.00 (£14 for Juniors under 16 and members of Hendon Chess Club) if you enter in advance by post. Please make cheques payable to QUICKPLAY. Fill in an entry form and post it in good time to Adam Raoof, 328 Watford Way, Hendon, London NW4 4UY.

C. Enter on the day of the event.
Just turn up before 10.30am if you want to play all six rounds, or before 11.30am if you are taking a half point bye in round one.
You will have to fill in an entry form and queue to pay before you can play your first game. Please help us by printing the entry form at home and by having a completed entry form with you when you join the queue. There may be a slight delay before you are paired for round one.
Entry costs £20.00 if you enter and pay on the day of the tournament. There are no late entry fees for members of Hendon Chess Club or Juniors under 16 years old on the day of the event. Cheques only accepted with a valid guarantee card.
**You don't have to be a member of a chess club or Federation to play in this or any other chess tournament in the UK. However, ECF Direct members may claim back £1.00 on production of a valid membership card during round four**
